KS Tech was established on February 1, 1999 in Korea.
It's sister company, KS Tech USA, opened on April 1, 1999 in San Jose, California, the heart of the Silicon Valley. As a wholesaler/exporter of semiconductor equipment and service, KS Tech has been providing quality products and service to customers worldwide.

On September 1, 2000, KS Tech expanded with a system manufacturing facility (about 3,000 sq. feet) in Kyunggi-Do,Korea. Even though its' history is not long enough to be recognized by many people, its' mission has already been proved by soe customers.

KS Tech is a very young a enthusiastic company. It is a innovative based organization with highly experienced engineers. We have a variety of experiences in the semiconductor industry, but especially focus in the photoresist processing area. KS Tech provides top of the line photo processing equipment to anyone who needs a complete solution for their processes.
